Safety Cordeo/Neckstrap

with Bell

Made from the same top quality polyester braid on braid rope as the reins and in colours to match.

This cordeo can be used for riding without a bridle and also as a neckstrap with a difference.

As doublebraid rope is practically unbreakable, this is made with a safety feature which will snap if the cordeo gets caught up on anything.

The rope is backspliced at each end to form two small loops through which is threaded a narrow strip of leather. This is then secured in place. A jingly bell is then securely attached. The gentle sound of a bell when a horse is being ridden can help to calm both horse and rider.

These cordeos/neckstraps come in three different sizes and lots of colours. If you need a different size than those listed then you just need to contact me as I can make them to any size.
